Visiting Student Application Instructions
Read the instructions below if you would like to start the application process.
Use the Visiting Student Application if:
You would like to attend the University of Nebraska-Lincoln for one semester as a visiting, part-time (6 hours maximum) non-degree-seeking student.
If this does not describe you please go back and select a different application type.
Application Checklist
- Complete the application:
- Click to Apply Online (recommended) OR
- Apply by downloading a paper application (make sure to sign and date your application if submitting a paper application)
- Pay the $45 application fee.
- If you are currently enrolled in high school you must obtain
approval to enroll in college courses (regardless of the number
of hours in which they intend to enroll) from your high school
counselor before admission will be granted. Please submit the Approval
Form.
We will begin to review your application as soon as we receive all official documents needed to complete your file. We will notify you by mail of your admission status.
