SCHOLAR SELECTION

ELIGIBILTY REQUIREMENTS

• Scholars will be selected from each participating school using the following criteria:
  • Attending Omaha North Magnet High School or Grand Island Senior High School
  • Demonstrate academic promise and ability
  • Low-income (based on federal income tax information)
  • First-generation college prospect (neither parent graduated from a four year college)
  • Nebraska resident, and U.S. Citizen or eligible non-citizen
  • Parental Commitment

 

APPLICATION DEADLINES

• March 1, 2010 for Grand Island applicants
• March 25, 2010 for Omaha applicants

 *Applications will be available in January
