Afrikan Peoples Union (APU)
APU is the Black student government on campus. APU promotes cultural, social and academic events designed to celebrate the Black culture. APU students host the Martin Luther King, Jr.
Banquet, participate in the Black and Brown Bowling Tournament, attend the BIG XII Conference on Black Student Government and host other social events.
Asian World Alliance (AWA)
AWA serves as an information resource on Asian American issues and
provides UNL with a forum in which those
interested in Asian American affairs can exchange ideas and experiences.
Hillel at Nebraska, Jewish Student Association
Hillel is committed to a pluralistic vision of Judaism that embraces
all movements and simply exists to maximize the number of Jews doing
Jewish things with other Jews.

Mexican American Student Association (MASA)
MASA promotes cultural social and academic events designed to celebrate the Latino culture. MASA supports Fiesta on the Green, hosts the MASA Youth Latino Leadership Conference, and offers a Children's Carnival for the Lincoln community.

Nebraska's Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and Transgender Student Association.
This group works to provide a safe
and supportive campus environment for GLBT students. The group's
goals include programming, education and provides members with
a safe social space. The meetings are open to all students. Come and see what

University of Nebraska Inter-Tribal Exchange
(UNITE)
UNITE promotes the cultural social and academic events designed to celebrate the Native American community at UNL and in the city of Lincoln. Each year UNITE visits high schools to promote college to Native American youth and sponsors the UNL Powwow.
Vietnamese Student Association
VSA hopes to create a spirit of friendship among Vietnamese and
American students, residents, and other student organizations.
